Varveri’s House is a fully equipped three-storey seaside holiday accommodation in Nikiti, Halkidiki. It’s a cozy beach house with everything you may need during your stay.
Let us introduce ourselves. We are the Varveris family. We first came to Nikiti 20 years ago and we decided to set up our own home here. We fell in love with Nikiti’s wonderful beaches, the vibrant nightlife in the promenade, the traditional alleys and the stone built houses in the Old Village of Nikiti. Here, the past and the present blend perfectly together. This is Nikitι’s magic.. Looking forward to welcoming you and ensuring a delightful stay with us!

Ground Floor
On the ground floor there is a kitchen with stove, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, frappe maker, toaster-grill, 2 refrigerators and a washing machine.
Additionally, you will find a dining table, a baby high chair , a sofa bed (that converts into a double bed) and a flat-screen TV.
2nd Floor
On the second floor there are 2 comfortable bedrooms. The first one has a double bed, wardrobe, dresser and a large balcony with a coffee table set with chairs. The second one has a double bed, wardrobe and a balcony.
1st Floor
On the first floor, you will find a large balcony with a dining area, a spacious living room, which is equipped with 2 sofas & a flat TV. On the same floor, there is also a bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and a balcony.
Garden
Varveri’s House also provides 2 bathrooms with shower, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, private garden with a dining table, clothes rack, baby cot and BBQ equipment.
Towels and bed linen are provided.
